You will develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve electrical test systems and automated equipment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, reliability, and efficiency.

The role emphasizes hands-on electrical engineering in a regulated, high-volume environment, with a focus on equipment performance and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with regulated/high-volume production environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical and automated production equipment.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize electrical test systems and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve equipment performance and productivity.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Manufacturing and Engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Analyze equipment and process data to identify improvements.
• Support root cause investigations and implement sustainable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements.
• Support equipment qualifications, validations, and process improvement projects.
