Consentium Search is recruiting an EHS Specialist for an on-site role in Janesville, WI. The position supports the Director of EHS, guiding site employees on safety and environmental practices and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in manufacturing EHS, and professional certifications are a plus. Relocation within the US is available as the firm recruits nationwide.

Qualificações

• Unrestricted authorization to work for any employer in the United States.
• Bachelor's Degree plus 3+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Demonstrated success handling multi-media environmental programs.
• Demonstrated understanding of OSHA regulations and reporting.
• 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing environments (preferred).
• Professional Certification from a nationally recognized organization (BCSP, NASP, IHMM, COSS, NREP, etc.)

Responsabilidades

• Support the Director of EHS and partner with plant operations leadership regarding interpretation of federal, state and local EHS regulations.
• Align corporate and local EHS goals and strategies.
• Participate and/or lead employee training programs regarding EHS behaviors and compliance.
• Participate and/or lead EHS audits and inspections developing remediation plans as needed.
• Participate and/or lead multi-media environmental compliance including Water, Waste, and Air.
• Participate and/or lead Continuous Improvement initiatives regarding EHS policies and programs.
• Maintain and ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state and local EHS regulations.
