Responsibilities

• Lead EHS strategies aligning with operational goals.
• Monitor EHS performance with key metrics and report to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations.
• Drive EHS management systems, training, risk plans, emergency prep.
• Manage EHS budget and workers' comp activities, promote zero-incident culture.
• Lead and mentor 2 EHS Coordinators.
