The EHS Manager will interact with plant leadership, supervisors, and HR to implement safety standards, perform audits, and coordinate investigations.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing or foundry environment preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.
• Strong communication, training, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve company-wide EHS programs and practices.
• Lead investigations of injuries, incidents, and near misses; determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain required records and reporting.
• Develop and deliver safety training, orientations, and toolbox talks.
• Collaborate with leadership across plants to manage safety expectations and improvements.
