Job summary

HV Talent Group partners with a well-established manufacturing organization to identify an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager for its Vermont operations. The role leads EHS programs across production facilities to strengthen safety culture and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will support employees and leaders, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with operations, maintenance, and HR while traveling between Vermont facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related technical field (or equivalent).
• 3–5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT and state/federal regs.
• Experience leading EHS programs, audits, investigations, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Provide EHS leadership and support to the Vermont manufacturing facility and surrounding operations.
• Develop and maintain environmental, health, and safety programs promoting safe practices and employee engagement.
• Lead initiatives to build a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement.
• Deliver required annual and regulatory safety training to staff.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and state/federal regulations.
