Job summary

James Hardie Internship — Gain hands-on manufacturing exposure while updating Sheets Production documentation and learning James Hardie equipment and SOPs. You will work with experienced professionals, review procedures, and contribute to training materials for new employees.

The 12-week summer program emphasizes collaboration, ownership, and measurable impact, with mentoring and real project exposure across the organization.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with anticipated graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2029.
• Maintains a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Available to work full-time for 12 weeks during Summer 2027.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on manufacturing experience and update Sheets Production documentation to current standards and practices.
• Review and update SOPs and related process documents with leadership review and approvals.
• Develop a training binder for new employees and collaborate with operators and supervisors.
