Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Recent experience in a manufacturing plant with supervisory responsibilities.
• Proficient with computerized accounting systems; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Proven ability to interact with senior management; excellent communication, presentation, training and interpersonal skills.
• Has effective leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of financial and budgetary controls.
• High degree of professionalism; strong organizational skills, tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to motivate and delegate authority to subordinate personnel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare plant monthly and annual financial results in an accurate and timely manner.
• Prepare the annual business plan and forecast.
• Coordinate accounting costs and budgets through review of operations and cost standards.
• Prepare analysis of financial and operating information as required.
• Measure monthly operating performance against goals and objectives.
• Optimize cash flow and develop business forecasts and annual profit plan.
• Ensure proper account distribution for items expensed, inventories, fixed assets, etc.
• Facilitate monthly closing and year-end inventory processes.
• Coordinate capital expenditures approvals and compliance with guidelines.
• Conduct internal auditing procedures.
• Prepare and audit monthly budget analyses and adjustments.
