West Monroe is seeking a Manager to join our Consumer & Industrial Products team within the M&A practice. You will lead client engagements aimed at improving operational performance across manufacturing, supply chain, and enterprise technology environments.

You will mentor junior consultants and contribute to business development and growth of Operations and Supply Chain Transformation capabilities. Based in the United States, you will translate business strategy into practical operating models,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 7–10 years of consulting, transformation, manufacturing operations, or operational improvement experience.
• Experience leading engagements involving manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and technology transformation.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations including production, maintenance, quality, warehousing, and logistics.
• Experience with ERP, MES, WMS, TMS, industrial automation, data platforms, and analytics solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships with Director and VP-level stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of manufacturing, supply chain, and operations transformation engagements.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and operating models; redesign processes.
• Manage budgets, staffing, timelines, and profitability across multiple workstreams.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to recruiting and practice development.
• Drive AI-enabled transformation initiatives and data-driven recommendations.
