The role focuses on lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, root cause analysis and product transitions.

You will build and mentor teams of 100+ staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to align capabilities with customer requirements and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations across assembly, sub-assembly, and test to meet quality, delivery, safety, and business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Oversee manufacturing of large-scale capital equipment with high-value BOMs.
• Develop and execute strategic product transition initiatives for growth.
• Establish processes for root-cause investigation and corrective actions.
