About the Role

A client of Sergeant Talent Partners is seeking a Director of Operations to lead manufacturing operations in Lancaster County, PA. In this role, you'll oversee Production Assembly, Production Test, and Manufacturing Engineering while driving improvements in production, quality, delivery, cost, and continuous improvement. You'll lead managers and supervisors, develop teams, manage production priorities, and help scale operations within a growing business. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced manufacturing leader with a background in high-reliability electrical or electromechanical manufacturing. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, ERP systems, AS9100, IPC-A-610, and regulated manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
