Job summary
Kyyba is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support manufacturing modernization and digital transformation initiatives in Plano, TX and Georgetown, KY. You will coordinate technology-enabled programs and enterprise implementations while driving collaboration across IT, Quality, Manufacturing, and business teams.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and proven experience leading IT programs, with strong communication and stakeholder management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience managing IT programs, technology implementations, or digital transformation projects.
- Previous experience with Manufacturing Digital Transformation / Modernization.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience with Jira, Agile methodologies, and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate manufacturing digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across IT, Quality, and Manufacturing.
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
- Coordinate system implementations, releases, testing, and deployments.
- Prepare project dashboards, status reports, and executive presentations.
- Support governance, change management, and business planning.
