Job summary

ETAS, a Bosch subsidiary, seeks a Customer Solutions Engineer to drive growth in Manufacturing Diagnostics. You will identify market opportunities, align needs with product capabilities, and work with sales, customers, and product management to deliver technical solutions and on-site deployments.

The role requires automotive diagnostics knowledge, IT networking skills, and experience with SQL Server, XML/ODX/OTX, and programming in C++ or JavaScript. Up to 50% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic protocols and systems.
• Experience with SQL Server and data formats (XML/ODX/OTX).
• Proficiency with packet capture tools and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and align with product roadmap.
• Support pre-sales with technical expertise and solutions.
• Clarify customer requirements and translate into backlog.
• Lead on-site deployment, configuration, and testing of diagnostics solutions.
