Job summary

This manufacturing engineering role focuses on scaling internal capital equipment and translating proof-of-concept tech into repeatable, reliable manufacturing processes.

We seek engineers who can own complex systems from development to production, drive process documentation, and mentor teams toward higher standards of technical rigor and ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 1+ years (Engineer II), 5+ years (Senior) or 7+ years (Staff) of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex areas.
• Strong experience in technical troubleshooting, RCCA, high-quality technical documentation, and/or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary manufacturing development engineering owner for one or more critical factory modules, subsystems, and/or processes.
• Develop deep technical understanding of assigned systems, including architecture, operating modes, controls, interfaces, failure modes, and interactions.
• Own the manufacturing readiness of complex machine systems from development through build, commissioning, validation, qualification, and production handoff.
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of clear, accurate, executable work instructions, standard operating procedures, test procedures, and process documentation.
