Qualifications

• Strong experience supporting shop floor manufacturing in fast-paced settings.
• Experience creating work instructions and manufacturing plans.

Responsibilities

• Act as the link between Design Engineering and the shop floor.
• Assess designs for manufacturability, tooling strategy, and process readiness.
• Drive improvements across tooling, processes, and manufacturing flow.
