Job summary

Qualifications

• Approximately 3 years experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in aerospace.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Strong understanding of AS9100 standards and aerospace materials.

Responsibilities

• Assess designs for DFMA; check CAD models for tolerancing and manufacturability.
• Validate MBOM structure for correct assemblies and parts.
• Review and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes.
• Integrate design specifications into manufacturing workflows.
• Manage relationships with suppliers for specialized materials.
• Provide training and support to production personnel.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements.
