Job summary

You will lead R&D, selection and implementation of processes for consumer packaging parts and assemblies, collaborating with internal and external partners to advance material development and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in manufacturing process development, manufacturing or product quality, tooling and fixture design, or automation development.
• In-depth knowledge of Design For Manufacturing concepts such as GD&T, Tolerance Analysis, and SPC.
• Demonstrated experience employing analytical tools to solve complex problems.
• Ability to learn and implement statistical tools for data-driven decision making.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
