Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience overseeing machining and fabrication processes.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office products.
• Experience with Quality Control systems.
• Ability to apply sound technical concepts to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 5–6 hourly employees.
• Coordinate internal and external activities to meet deadlines.
• Procure raw materials and parts from subcontractors.
• Assemble mechanical systems from subcomponents.
• Oversee production of spare parts for OEM equipment.
• Manage quality systems for mechanical components.
• Communicate regularly with Engineering, Sales, and Technical Reps.
