Qualifications

• 5–10 years minimum experience.
• 2–4 year degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with machining operations and fabrication.
• Strong organizational, project management and time management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office products.
• Experience with Quality Control.
• Ability to use sound technical concepts for problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 5-6 skilled hourly employees.
• Coordinate internal and external activities to meet deadlines.
• Acquire needed raw materials and components manufactured by subcontractors.
• Assemble various mechanical systems with manufactured/purchased subcomponents.
• Oversee manufacture of spare parts to support customer installed OEM equipment.
• Manage Quality System for all mechanical systems and components.
• Communicate with Engineering, Sales, and Technical Representatives.
• Responsible for department P&L.
