Job summary

Amcor is seeking a manufacturing leader to drive safety, quality and productivity across a large plant with 75+ hourly employees. You will partner with EHS and plant leadership to implement standards, KPIs and CI initiatives while guiding a salaried supervisory team.

The role emphasizes strong human capital management, budget adherence and a high-performance culture aligned with Amcor values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a manufacturing department including safety, quality, productivity, cost and culture.
• Establish and maintain safety, quality, waste and productivity standards to meet plant goals.
• Oversee KPI development, auditing, and department meetings to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide feedback on performance and supervise salaried staff including hiring and development.
