Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent with 10+ years in manufacturing leadership.
• Demonstrated leadership, strong technical ability; experience in welding, production equipment, assembly, and shipping/receiving.
• ERP deployment experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate (lead by example) Company Mission and Values.
• Learn all aspects of the Department management tasks and responsibilities.
• Develop as the SME for ERP deployment.
• Lead the Department to meet all Goals and Objectives.
• Own every order in Department from start to finish.
• Assist in hiring and new associate orientation.
• Manage and achieve Dept. Budgets.
• Open/Close building as required for plant production operations.
• Lead the team in implementing process improvements.
