Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from ERP and operating systems.
• Monitor manufacturing metrics: production, quality, inventory, labor, cost, and delivery.
• Identify trends, gaps, data issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards for leadership.
• Automate recurring data collection and reporting to improve accuracy.
• Present key findings and recommendations during Operations Reviews.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and IT to improve data visibility.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests as needed.
