Job summary

First Roles in Palm Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Manufacturing Quality and QMS expertise to support a global QMS transformation program. You will lead requirements workshops and translate Quality processes into sprint-ready user stories, ensuring traceability across the project lifecycle.

The role involves working onsite with global stakeholders and Agile teams to deploy QMS capabilities, CAPA/NCR processes, and ISO 9001 compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Business Analysis experience.
• 5+ years across Manufacturing Quality, QMS, PLM, ERP or enterprise workflow programs.
• Requirements gathering, BRD/FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria and traceability
• UAT, functional specifications and business process documentation
• Data migration and integration requirements
• Strong knowledge of CAPA, NCR, APQP/PPAP, SPC, Supplier Quality, Audits, Document Control, 8D/RCA, Gage Management, Complaints and Warranty
• Understanding of ISO 9001
• Experience supporting global stakeholders and Agile delivery teams

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements and process workshops, translate Quality processes into sprint-ready requirements.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability, and support design, development, testing, deployment and business acceptance of QMS capabilities.
