Job summary

You will support adherence to control systems, report performance metrics, and promote a data-driven culture across plant teams. Requires 4+ years' experience and a math/science/engineering or information management degree.

Qualifications

• Four-year minimum education in math, science, engineering or information management.
• Experience in data analysis, statistics and process improvement.
• Strong communication, planning and coordination skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of statistical process control and designed experiments.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Minitab or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead data extraction/ transformation and visualization for throughput analysis.
• Support process owners and ensure adherence to control systems.
• Develop and report metrics against targets and identify gaps.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma and data analysis to drive improvements.
• Train teams on engineering concepts, process control and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with functions to disseminate critical information across shifts.
