Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Financial Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar analytical experience within a manufacturing environment required.
• Comfort with data and meeting daily reporting deadlines.
• Advanced Excel skills: PivotTables, XLOOKUP, complex formulas, large data sets; Power Query preferred.
• Experience collecting, validating, reconciling, and analyzing data for metrics and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Gather large amounts of data from multiple sources, ensure accuracy and analyze results.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze financial and operational data from multiple sources and systems.
• Prepare and deliver daily metrics and reports to the parent company on time.
• Validate data and investigate discrepancies, inconsistencies, and unusual results.
• Analyze large data sets to identify trends and changes in performance.
• Develop, maintain, and improve recurring reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations to validate information.
• Reconcile data between reports, systems, and sources.
• Monitor manufacturing and business metrics for significant changes or trends.
• Identify opportunities to automate data collection and reporting.
• Prepare ad hoc data analyses and reports for management.
• Present data and findings clearly to support decisions.
