Job summary

PowerSecure, a Southern Company subsidiary, is seeking a Manufacturing Data Analyst to develop, analyze, and maintain reports with strong data integrity. The role works with management to fulfill data requests and deliver clear, actionable insights.

You will regularly monitor reports, ensure accuracy as data evolves, and present findings in a user-friendly format for internal customers. The position emphasizes data storytelling and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP, TMS, or inventory/warehousing systems.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, supply chain, or analytical roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot data discrepancies.
• Ability to solve complex problems and deliver solutions.
• Effective communication with internal customers to translate data into actions.
• Ability to explain complex reports and tell the story of key takeaways.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals.
• Proficiency in developing PowerBI reports.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute data requests with Management and the Manufacturing Data Analytics Supervisor.
• Regularly monitor delivered reports to ensure data integrity as data evolves.
• Explain and deliver data in an easy-to-interpret, user-friendly manner.
• All other duties as assigned.
