Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience in operations environments such as manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong skills in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Experience querying data with SQL or similar tools and understanding key metrics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data across operations, manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and inventory to identify trends and risks.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards tracking throughput, yield, downtime, and more.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into data‑driven solutions.
• Validate data accuracy, document data sources, and refresh processes.
• Support continuous improvement by quantifying opportunities and measuring impact.
• Use data to aid capacity, labor planning, scheduling, inventory optimization, and supplier performance.
• Create clear presentations and recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Improve data collection, reporting standards, and analytics workflows.
