Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, data analytics, manufacturing, business systems, or related field.
• Experience with quality systems, manufacturing operations, process improvement, data analysis, or reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and translate findings into recommendations.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, reporting tools, or BI tools.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and process consistency.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Quality Assurance, Operations, and leadership teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain data and process expectations clearly.
• Ability to organize complex information, manage priorities, and follow through on improvements.

Responsibilities

• Improve data quality, completeness, consistency, and reliability for decision-making.
• Analyze data sources to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and improve metrics, dashboards, and reports for QA, Operations, and leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and standardize data entry.
• Support data cleanup, organization, and governance for accessible, actionable quality data.
• Document quality processes, especially nonconforming product and customer returns reporting.
• Support training by defining system use expectations and reporting best practices.
• Identify process adherence issues and recommend improvements based on data trends and audits.
• Provide reporting for internal audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
