MK Magnetics in Adelanto, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the direct point of contact for customers, provide information and quotes, and ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently. The role collaborates with engineering and production to meet customer needs and keep them updated on order status.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, experience in manufacturing environments, and familiarity with ERP systems like JobBOSS.

Formación

• Knowledge of customer service techniques.
• Manufacturing processes and procedures, preferred.
• Magnetic core production, preferred.
• Able to handle multiple interruptions and adjust priorities while staying accurate.
• Knowledge of JobBOSS ERP system, preferred.
• Clear and concise English communication, oral and written.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with coworkers.

Responsabilidades

• Responds to customer inquiries by providing information and quotes.
• Prices product for quotes in Excel pricing database; may price new cores.
• Coordinate with Production Control to obtain lead times and schedule.
• Enter orders into databases and assign part numbers when necessary.
• Inform customers of changes to orders and reschedule delivery dates.
• Expedite product per customer request in coordination with Shop Foreman.
• Track returned goods and issue RMAs.
• Prepare and update quotations for RFQs using current pricing.
• Coordinate certificates, inspection data, and documentation with responsible departments.
• Monitor open orders and inform customers of schedule changes.
• Coordinate customer expedite requests and obtain internal approvals.
• Review supplier orders against quotations and customer requirements.
• Enter orders into MK Part number system; assist engineering with new designs.
