Job summary

Carpenter Co. in Elkhart, IN, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage order entry, scheduling deliveries and deliver outstanding service. You will collaborate with Traffic Manager, Plant Manager, and docks; experience with SAP and Microsoft Office preferred.

Normal hours are 7:00am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday. Pre-employment drug testing is conducted. Benefits include excellent health insurance and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1 year customer service experience.
• SAP experience is a major plus.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls, fax, or email from customers and internal staff.
• Take, enter, and confirm orders.
• Update load schedule and communicate with docks.
• Change ship dates in SAP.
• Generate and distribute reports.
• Maintain pricing and quotes.
• Cross-train in other CSR product.
