Job summary

Environmental Air Systems Inc is seeking a Custodian to join our manufacturing shop in High Point, North Carolina. The position is on first shift from 6:00am to 4:30pm, with overtime as needed, at 250 Swathmore Ave, High Point, NC 27263.

Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, breakrooms, sweeping the facility, dusting walls, collecting trash, and operating a weedwhacker for outdoor areas while maintaining a safe, orderly work space. Prior janitorial or maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Reading and speaking proficiency in English or Spanish.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous janitor or maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms and breakrooms.
• Clean and sweep manufacturing facility daily.
• Dust walls and collect trash.
• Operate weedwhacker to maintain outdoor shrubbery.
• Maintain custodian room and stock supplies.
• Follow safety rules and policies.
• Work in a fast-paced team environment.
