Job summary

Environmental Air Systems, LLC in High Point, NC is seeking a janitor/maintenance worker to keep restrooms and breakrooms clean and make sure the manufacturing area stays tidy. You will sweep the facility daily, dust walls, collect trash, and manage outdoor shrubbery as needed, all while following safety rules.

Strong verbal communication is required in English or Spanish. A high school diploma or equivalent is needed, and prior janitor or maintenance experience is preferred to support smooth

Qualifications

• Reading and speaking proficiency in either English or Spanish required.
• Minimum of a high school education or equivalent.
• Previous janitor or maintenance experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms and breakrooms.
• Clean and sweep the manufacturing facility daily.
• Dust walls.
• Collect trash outside the manufacturing facility.
• Operate weedwhacker to maintain outdoor shrubbery as needed.
• Maintain a neat and orderly custodian room; ensure cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked.
• Work safely and adhere to all safety rules and policies.
• Work in a fast-paced team environment.
