Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, supporting month‑end close, maintaining cost records and inventory valuations, preparing financial reports, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to improve reporting and business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• 3+ years of cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting, standard costing, inventory management, and GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Cost Accounting: Support cost accounting activities, analyze product and manufacturing costs, and maintain accurate cost records.
• Inventory Accounting: Monitor inventory transactions, reconciliations, and valuation with strong financial controls.
• Financial Reporting: Support month-end close, prepare financial reports, analyze cost trends, and provide insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, supply chain, production, and finance teams to improve reporting and costing accuracy.
• Planning & Analysis: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business planning.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and system enhancements.
