Atlantic Group is seeking a Financial Analyst (FP&A) in Gloucester County, NJ to support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, cost management, and operational decision-making. The role collaborates with finance and business teams to improve profitability and provide clear financial visibility across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• CPA or CMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning: Support annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and month-end financial analysis.
• Variance Analysis: Evaluate actual performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods and identify key drivers.
• Cost & Margin Analysis: Analyze product costs, gross margins, pricing, labor, materials, overhead, and variances.
• Financial Modeling: Develop financial models, dashboards, business cases, and ROI analyses.
• Operational Finance: Partner with operations, supply chain, procurement, and commercial teams to identify cost savings.
