Job summary

Hendrick Technical Solutions seeks a Manufacturing Cost & Pricing Analyst to drive cost modeling for government and commercial programs. You will gather data from Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Supply Chain to build a clear view of material, labor, manufacturing, and overhead costs and support pricing decisions.

As programs move from prototypes to production, you will identify cost drivers, sourcing options, and opportunities to reduce cost and improve margin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, supply chain or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing cost and pricing analysis is preferred.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills are essential, with ability to present data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Gather and consolidate cost data for parts, assemblies, systems, and programs including material, labor, manufacturing, and supplier costs.
• Research historical costing and pricing data for similar parts and programs to inform pricing decisions.
• Develop clear cost-analysis packages summarizing current costs, historical data, assumptions, and cost drivers for leadership review.
• Support pricing decisions by providing accurate cost information for prototypes, one-time builds, recurring production, and change orders.
• Identify major cost drivers and work with departments to find cost-reduction opportunities.
• Maintain organized costing records by part number and program with revisions and actual results.
