Responsibilities

• Review jobs ready for close and investigate variances.
• Audit daily labor allocated to jobs vs payroll hours.
• Ensure inventory and spoilage are properly recorded.
• Calculate pricing for new products using labor and machine rates.
• Coordinate with operations on process flow and production factors.
• Assist in pricing reviews and rollout of new pricing.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts to verify inventory balances.
• Obtain and analyze MES data and provide reports to operations.
• Analyze and update labor standard rates in the ERP system.
• Prepare daily and monthly labor productivity reports.
• Support the controller with other duties.
