Job summary

Stealth Startup is seeking a Cost Accountant – Manufacturing & Inventory to ensure the accuracy and integrity of manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and related financial information across the organization.

You will own cost accounting, inventory control, and month-end close activities, perform variance analyses, work with Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, and IT, and support ERP processes and US FP&A work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in cost accounting, inventory accounting, and financial analysis in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of standard costing, BOMs/routings, variances, COGS, and ERP systems; CPA/CMA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standard costs for manufactured products and analyze variances.
• Reconcile inventory subledgers with the General Ledger monthly.
• Monitor inventory movements and analyze obsolete inventory and reserves.
• Support month-end close for inventory and manufacturing costs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure ERP data integrity and internal controls.
