The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of cost control or finance experience, strong Excel and SAP skills, and the ability to deliver insights in a fast-paced environment while supporting operations and procurement activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of cost analysis or finance experience.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operational costs and support monthly P&L analysis.
• Conduct cost tracking and variance analysis to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate Accounts Payable and Receivable activities and support procurement processes.
• Partner with operations and manufacturing teams to improve financial performance.
• Assist with billing activities, inventory monitoring, and expense tracking.
• Prepare financial reports and analyze data using SAP, Excel, and other tools.
• Support management with financial insights, reporting, and ad hoc analysis.
