Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Finance Analyst to support manufacturing accounting operations, focusing on cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting. The role ensures accurate product costing, assists with month-end close, and maintains GAAP compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of accounting experience in manufacturing, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems such as IQMS, SAP or Oracle. Collaboration with operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with cost accounting or inventory accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze standard costs for raw materials, labor, and overhead.
• Perform cost variance analysis and explain fluctuations.
• Monitor inventory transactions and reconcile subledger to GL.
• Assist with periodic inventory counts (cycle counts, physical inventory).
• Prepare journal entries and supporting schedules for close processes.
• Analyze manufacturing variances and provide insights to operations teams.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities and financial reporting.
