Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or another business-related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in accounting, finance or business analytics.
• Experience with financial reports, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial, business and process analytics to enable operations to achieve or exceed its business objectives.
• Support cost saving initiatives by working with Operations and tracking savings against targets.
• Review and update standard costs and BOMs; develop standard asset rates.
• Support process initiatives to improve performance.
• Assist month-end closing with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Develop knowledge of Oracle ERP costing, accounting, and inventory systems.
• Ensure reporting aligns with NPI and SOX compliance requirements.
• Provide KPI and performance reporting for Munising responsibilities.
• Lead monthly cost review packages and update KPIs for Munising leadership.
