The role focuses on analyzing costs across manufacturing processes and collaborating with operations, finance, procurement, and engineering to drive meaningful financial insights. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of cost accounting in manufacturing, strong costing knowledge, and proficiency in SAP and Excel.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of standard costing, variance analyses, and product costing.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor manufacturing costs, inventory, labor, materials, and overhead expenses.
• Prepare cost reports, variance analyses, and financial data for operations decisions.
• Maintain standard costs, BOMs, and product costing in the ERP system.
