Supplyone Inc. seeks an experienced Cost Accounting Manager to lead cost accounting, inventory valuation, and cost control initiatives.

You will partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and senior leadership to ensure accurate product costing and insightful cost analysis across manufacturing and distribution. Qualifications

• 7+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting and cost accounting principles.
• Experience with standard costing, variance analysis, inventory valuation, and manufacturing or operational accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze costing systems and standard costs.
• Analyze cost variances and provide actionable explanations to management.
• Monitor variances to actual P&L costs including COGS, margins, and overhead.
• Update costs at all locations every 6 months and support ERP implementations.
• Assist with audits and improve costing/reporting processes.
