Qualifications
10+ years of progressive cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory management.
CPA or CMA certification preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
Analyze and track manufacturing costs related to materials, labor, and overhead for financial accuracy.
Develop, implement, and maintain standard costs for all manufactured goods.
Conduct detailed variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
Prepare and present financial and cost reports to management.
Oversee inventory valuation processes and reconciliations.
