Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory management.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and track manufacturing costs related to materials, labor, and overhead for financial accuracy.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standard costs for all manufactured goods.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare and present financial and cost reports to management.
• Oversee inventory valuation processes and reconciliations.
