Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 10+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong background in cost accounting and managerial accounting.
• Hands-on bookkeeping and accounting skills.
• Experience with ERP systems; Epicor experience is a plus.
• Understanding of manufacturing workflows and inventory accounting.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative, self-motivated, organized.
• Experience in custom manufacturing or fabrication environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Perform manufacturing cost accounting and analyze product costs.
• Support managerial accounting and financial decision-making.
• Oversee bookkeeping functions, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Maintain inventory accounting and cost allocations.
• Work closely with operations to understand production workflows and financial impacts.
• Utilize Epicor ERP for accounting and financial reporting.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis.
• Develop into a future accounting leader through succession planning.
• Ensure financial accuracy while maintaining internal controls.
