Job summary

Urgo Medical in Fort Worth is seeking a Cost Accounting Manager to lead cost and inventory accounting for our North America manufacturing startup, building scalable processes from the ground up.

You will partner with FP&A and Operations to deliver costing, budgeting, KPI reporting, and actionable insights; influence cross-functional teams on operational decisions; on-site role supporting rapid growth and ERP workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive manufacturing accounting.
• Experience with standard costing and inventory accounting.
• On-site, startup/ERP implementation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of cost accounting processes.
• Own product cost structures and BOM reviews.
• Partner with FP&A to develop KPIs and reports.
• Manage month-end close for inventory and COGS.
• Support audits and establish internal controls.
