Job summary

PiovanGroup is seeking a Cost Accountant in Franklin, PA to support the Plant Controller with gross margin analysis, costing and inventory accuracy. You will produce month-end reports, analyze variances, and help maintain internal controls across cost accounting activities.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 5+ years of manufacturing experience, with SAP and MS Office proficiency. Co., healthy benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• Five or more years of direct/relevant experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide month-end financial reports.
• Support gross margin analysis and cost reporting.
• Analyze variances between actual and budgeted costs.
• Develop internal controls for cost accounting activities.
• Perform physical inventory control and reporting.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts related to sales, costs, and inventory.
• Assist with audits and cycle counts.
