This role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to provide cost visibility and strengthen internal controls.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 3–7+ years in manufacturing, and strong Excel and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3–7+ years of accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and inventory accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory valuation and cost accounting records.
• Analyze inventory transactions and perform reconciliations.
• Maintain and update standard costs.
• Prepare variances and provide insights to management.
• Support budgeting and forecasting with financial analysis.
• Prepare journal entries and month-end close.
• Maintain internal controls and support SOX compliance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify cost reductions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
