Job description

Overview

Provide coordination and technical support in the area of Manufacturing with an emphasis on consumer requirements, continuous product quality, productivity improvement, product safety and regulatory management. Collects and analyzes data, formulates conclusions and communicates recommendations to influence and support business decisions. This position will be focused on sustaining processing within SAP.

Responsibilities

Second Shift: Monday to Friday
Third Shift: Tuesday to Saturday

1. Develop action plans with Production, Quality, Raws, Warehouse, and Division Quality Assurance to ensure SAP processes are maintained.
2. Lead risk assessment analysis. Manage issues with non-conforming SAP processes.
3. Assist in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and performance. Review and release production to Logistics.
4. Coordinate internal self-assessments from scheduling through the corrective action process.
5. Assist in the preparation for all audits conducted by internal or external personnel. This includes Food Safety audits, AIB GMP audits, regulatory audits, etc.
6. Conduct training on changes and updates to SAP systems, procedures and testing requirements.
7. Subject Matter Expert for SAP systems.
8. Responsible for documentation control.
9. Responsible for other duties as assigned by the Plant Leadership.

Compensation & Benefits:

1. The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,000 - $71,800.
2. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

Qualifications

1. Preferred three years of technical skills experience preferred in all areas of Manufacturing. Familiar with SAP.
2. Clear understanding manufacturing practices.
3. Excellent communication and project management skills.
4. Working knowledge of Microsoft business software, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Statistical Graphing Programs and Outlook.
