Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with ERP systems used in manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the company's accounting functions and financial reporting activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain and improve internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure GAAP compliance.
• Coordinate with external auditors for audits, reviews, and other financial examinations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
