Job summary

Cherry Bekaert Foundation seeks an experienced Manufacturing Controller to lead core accounting operations in Central Pennsylvania. This high-visibility role partners with senior leadership to influence strategic financial decisions and drive performance in a manufacturing setting.

The successful candidate will oversee month-end close, budgeting, FP&A, and payroll while ensuring GAAP compliance and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including controllership or similar leadership responsibilities in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A functions.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of general accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, partnering with leadership to drive financial performance.
• Provide FP&A support, including variance analysis and financial modeling.
• Manage payroll processing and related reporting.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with operations in a manufacturing environment.
