Job summary

Fat Fender Garage in Gilbert, AZ, a premier automotive restoration company, seeks a full-time on-site Controller.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, accounting, payroll, and AP/AR, while maintaining GAAP-compliant financials and driving margin analysis across departments. ERP experience with ODOO is a plus.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred but not required; manufacturing experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Manufacturing experience with multiple P&Ls.
• Advanced accounting, financial reporting, and tax knowledge.
• Experience with job costing at project and department levels.
• Multi-entity or multi-division P&L experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Manage payroll and accounts payable/receivable.
• Conduct product and job costing and monitor margins.
• Maintain audit-ready GAAP financials and ERP (ODOO) implementation.
• Ensure tax compliance and regulatory requirements.
